1. Agreement
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Home With Stefani LLC (“Home With Stefani,” “we,” “us” or “our”). They cover:
- homewithstefani.com;
- our course site, homediywithstefani.mykajabi.com;
- the Home DIY With Stefani course, its bonuses and downloads (the “Course”); and
- any other page that links to these Terms (together, the “Services”).
By using the Services or buying the Course, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Services.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 to buy the Course, or have a parent or guardian agree to these Terms for you.
You’re responsible for keeping your login private and for all activity on your account. Give us accurate information, and let us know right away if you think someone else has used your account.
Using the website is free, and you may share links to our pages. You may not copy, scrape or republish our content except as these Terms allow.
3. Buying the Course
The Course costs $240 as a one-time payment, or three monthly payments of $80, plus any applicable sales tax added at checkout. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change, but a change never affects an order you’ve already placed. Launch and waitlist discounts are valid only for the dates and terms stated, can’t be combined and can’t be applied to past purchases.
If you choose a payment plan, you agree to make every scheduled payment. The three-payment plan is three monthly payments of $80, plus any applicable sales tax. Your card will be charged automatically on each due date. A payment plan is a way to spread out the cost of one purchase, not a subscription you can cancel. If a payment fails, we’ll email you to update your card. If it’s still unpaid after that, we may pause your Course access until the balance is paid.
4. All sales are final
The Course is a digital product, and you get immediate access to all of its content when you buy. For that reason, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, including for unused access or remaining payment-plan installments. You confirm this at checkout.
If you have a problem accessing the Course, email us and we’ll fix it. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under law that can’t be waived. See our Refund Policy.
5. Course access
Your enrollment includes lifetime access, which means access for as long as we offer the Course. If we ever retire it, we’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice by email so you can download the materials. We may update, reorder or improve lessons over time.
We may suspend or end your access, without a refund, if you break these Terms, such as by sharing your login or redistributing the materials.
6. Your license and sharing
When you buy the Course, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own home projects. You may print the downloads, including the DIY Tool Catalogue, reference guides and project planner, for your own use.
You may not:
- share your login or let others use your account;
- copy, record, resell, give away or post any videos, downloads or other Course materials;
- use the Course to teach a class, run a competing course or train an AI model; or
- remove copyright or branding from the materials.
For a group or business license, email us.
7. Safety and assumption of risk
DIY work carries real risk. Power tools, saws, ladders, electricity, chemicals, dust and heavy materials can cause serious injury, illness, property damage or death.
By using the Services or the Course, you agree that:
- you take on these projects voluntarily and at your own risk;
- you’ll read and follow the manufacturer’s instructions and safety warnings for every tool and product;
- you’ll wear appropriate safety gear, such as eye, ear, respiratory and hand protection;
- you’ll judge for yourself whether a task is within your skill, health and physical ability; and
- you’ll stop and call a licensed professional when a project is beyond you.
This matters most for electrical, plumbing, gas, structural, roofing and asbestos or lead-paint work.
What you see in our videos reflects our own experience, tools and homes. Your home, materials and conditions may differ.
8. Education only, not professional advice
The Services and Course are for general education. They are not professional, engineering, electrical, plumbing, legal, financial or real estate advice, and they don’t create a contractor-client relationship.
Building codes, permit rules and HOA rules vary by location. You’re responsible for checking them and pulling any permits your project needs. Cost figures, return-on-investment estimates and labor rates are general examples and will vary by region, market and project. Results depend on your effort, skill and circumstances, so we can’t promise any particular outcome, savings or increase in home value.
9. Affiliate links and third-party products
Many product links on our sites and in the Course, including the DIY Tool Catalogue, are affiliate links. If you buy through one, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. We recommend products we’ve used or would use, but we don’t make, sell or warranty them.
Your purchase is between you and the retailer. Its prices, stock, shipping, returns and warranties apply. Prices and availability can change after we publish. We aren’t responsible for third-party websites or products.
As an Amazon Associate, I earn from qualifying purchases.
10. Our content and your posts
All content on the Services is owned by Home With Stefani LLC or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. This includes videos, text, photos, downloads, the DIY Tool Catalogue, reference guides and the Home With Stefani name and logo. Your license to use it is described in section 6.
If you post a comment or share a project photo with us, you keep ownership. You also give us permission to display it on our sites and social channels. We’ll credit you by first name or handle unless you ask us not to.
Please keep posts respectful and on topic. We may remove anything that is abusive, spammy, misleading, infringing or unlawful.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The Services and Course are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. That includes warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We don’t promise the Services will be error-free or always available.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Home With Stefani LLC and its owners, employees and contractors are not liable for any injury, illness, property damage or loss arising from:
- your use of the Services or the Course;
- any project you attempt; or
- any tool or product you buy, including through our links.
We are also not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
If we are found liable for anything, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the Course in the 12 months before the claim. If you didn’t buy the Course, it is limited to $100. Some states don’t allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless Home With Stefani LLC and its owners from claims, losses and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, that come from any of these:
- your projects;
- your breach of these Terms;
- your misuse of the Course materials; or
- your violation of any law or someone else’s rights.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you have a concern, please email us first. Most issues can be solved that way. Any dispute that can’t be resolved will be handled in the state or federal courts serving James City County, Virginia, and you agree to that jurisdiction.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we don’t enforce a provision right away, we haven’t waived it.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date shows the current version. Changes apply going forward, and the Terms you agreed to at checkout continue to govern that purchase.
