Hi, I’m Stefani Terry
Your trusted home expert.
I grew up around construction — my dad and brother are in the trades, and I joined the Army National Guard as a Carpentry & Masonry Specialist, where I learned to read blueprints, frame, install doors and windows, work with concrete, and safely operate every tool you can imagine.
I started small, building furniture in my parents’ garage with hand-me-down tools. Those same skills eventually helped me build a tiny house, take on paying clients, and add hundreds of thousands of dollars of value to our own home flips — mostly through our own DIY work. I’ve built a following of over 500,000 people across social media by sharing clear, practical tutorials with cost breakdowns and supply lists.
My renovating journey started in Wisconsin. Since then, my husband Devin and I have fixed up homes wherever the Navy sends us, from Florida to the colonial home we’re working on now in Virginia with our little helper, Harvey.
